Sit Stay AI provides in-person AI training workshops for small businesses. Our services include:

• Live instructor-led workshops (1-8 hours)
• Workshop materials, templates, and resources
• Post-workshop support (office hours and Q&A as specified per workshop)

What We Provide

We teach frameworks, controls, and methodologies for using AI tools effectively. You receive training, templates, SOPs, prompt libraries, and related materials as specified for your workshop.

What We Do Not Provide

We are not consultants and do not operate workflows for clients. We do not sell AI tools or models. We do not provide custom machine learning development or managed services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By registering for a workshop, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Our workshops are designed for business professionals and entrepreneurs. While no technical background is required, participants should be comfortable using common business software and web applications. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Payment is required at the time of registration
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information
• You must notify us of any changes to your contact information

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund anytime before the workshop ends. After the workshop concludes, all sales are final.

We stand behind the quality of our training. If at any point during the workshop you feel it is not meeting your expectations, simply notify the instructor and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to fill out, no waiting period.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you registered using a discount code or promotional pricing, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website and in our workshops—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and training materials—is owned by Sit Stay AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

Upon registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use workshop materials for your internal business purposes only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share materials with third parties
• Modify materials and present them as your own
• Use materials to create competing training programs
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Your Content

During workshops, you may share business information, examples, or other content with us. You retain ownership of your content. By sharing it, you grant us a limited license to use it for training purposes during your workshop session.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or instructors
• Use our materials to compete with or disparage us

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee of Results

While we guarantee you will learn our methodology, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, or other results. Your success depends on your implementation and business conditions.

Training Only

Our workshops provide education and training. We do not provide business advice, consulting, or implementation services beyond the scope of the workshop.

Third-Party Tools

We may reference third-party AI tools and services during training. We are not responsible for those tools, their availability, pricing, or functionality. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sit Stay AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the workshop.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sit Stay AI, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from your implementation of AI workflows in your business, your use of third-party tools referenced in our training, and any content you create using the methodologies taught in our workshops. You are solely responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained from our training in your business operations.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

By You

You may request a refund anytime before the workshop ends per our Refund Policy. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or workshop session (subject to availability).

Workshop Content Changes

The field of artificial intelligence evolves rapidly, with new tools, features, and best practices emerging constantly. To ensure our workshops deliver the most current and relevant training, we frequently update our content, agendas, and syllabus.

Workshop agendas, topics, tools covered, and course materials are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep pace with the latest developments in AI to provide you with the most up-to-date training experience.

While we make every effort to maintain the core learning objectives and value of each workshop, specific tools, examples, or content may be modified, added, or replaced to reflect current industry standards and emerging technologies.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

As AI technology evolves, we continuously improve our offerings to deliver the most relevant and valuable training. This may include adding new workshop topics, updating existing curricula, adjusting pricing, changing locations or formats, or discontinuing certain offerings. We strive to communicate changes that may affect your registration well in advance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication. If formal resolution is required, any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sit Stay AI regarding our services.

This agreement supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms. No modification of these Terms shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sit Stay AI.
