Credits are universal - use them for any workshop in our catalog across all five tracks: The Core Skill, The Marketing Engine, The Operations Engine, The Growth Engine, and The Custom Build.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits expire based on how many you purchase. Larger purchases get longer expiration periods (12-24 months). You can see your credit expiration dates in your dashboard.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
Yes! Credits are fully transferable. You can send credits to team members, clients, or colleagues. Note: Once credits are transferred, they cannot be refunded for cash.
What happens if I cancel a workshop registration?
If you registered with credits, the credit is returned to your account when you cancel. You can use it for any future workshop.
Can I get a refund on my credit purchase?
You can request a refund for unused credits as long as you haven't transferred any credits to another user. Partial refunds are available for partially used credits.
